How packaging works
The HqO Rex Platform is organized so that Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Procurement can all reason about it the same way. This page explains the building blocks. It is a structural reference and does not contain pricing.
Product areas
Everything is grouped into product areas — CRM, Experience, Operations, and Intelligence. An area is a related set of capabilities that work together.
Modules
Within each area are modules — the named capabilities a customer can have enabled (for example, Visitor Management, Resource Management, or Communications). The Capabilities Matrix lists every module by area.
Integrations
Many modules support integrations with third-party systems (access control, visitor systems, booking platforms, identity providers, and more). Generally available integrations are part of the platform. Net-new integrations — ones not yet built — are delivered through Enterprise Development (a scoped engagement). See Integrations.
Maturity
Some capabilities are still in Beta. Beta items are marked throughout the catalog and are included as they mature.
