The HqO Rex Platform connects to a broad ecosystem of building and workplace systems. Generally available integrations listed here are included in the platform. Net-new integrations — ones not yet built — are delivered through Enterprise Development.

Events

Mindbody
Users can add memberships through the HqO app and send information to the Mindbody app. Can work with the class booking solution

Transportation & Parking

Citymapper
Allows users to view local transit information around the users building address.
Valet Manager
Provides the ability to book a parking space via the Valet Manager integration in the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App.

Food & Beverage

Ritual
Food and Beverage solution that support online ordering, order ahead and online payments. User can order food from on-site retail/vendors and the surrounding neighborhood. Available in US and Canada currently.

Resource Management

Office 365
Users can view, book and cancel available resources setup in Exchange in the HqO application. Two way sync of bookings. Exchange is source of through for the resources and their availability.
Essensys Flex
Users can book resources through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App via the Essensys integration and the booking information is sent to the Essensys platform.
Building Engines (Classic)
Users can book resources through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App via the Building Engines Classic and the booking information is sent to the Building Engines Classic platform.
Building Engines (Prism)
Users can book resources through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App via the Building Engines Prism integration and the booking information is sent to the Building Engines Prism platform.
Nexudus
Users can book spaces, desk booking, & amenities through the HqO app via integration with Nexudus
Angus
Provides the ability to book resources via the Angus integration in the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App.

Visitor Management

Envoy
Users can invite visitors through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App and the visitor information is sent to the Envoy platform. Visitors receive a confirmation email and are able to sign in via an Envoy kiosk or through the access readers (if there is an access management integration between Envoy and the customers ACS).
Building Engines (Classic)
Users can invite visitors through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App and the service request information is sent to the Building Engines Classic platform.
Building Engines (Prism)
Users can invite visitors through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App and the service request information is sent to the Building Engines Prism platform.
SoloInsight (Cloudgate)
Users can invite visitors through the HqO app and send information to the Cloudgate / Soloinsight app
Angus
Provides the ability to invite visitors via the Angus integration in the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App.
Datawatch

Building Engines (Classic)
Users can raise service requests through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App and the service request information is sent to the Building Engines Classic platform.
Building Engines (Prism)
Users can raise service requests through the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App and the service request information is sent to the Building Engines Prism platform.
Angus
Provides the ability to submit service requests via the Angus integration in the Consumer Web App and/or Consumer Mobile App.

BluB0X Security
Users can access their respective buildings / amenities through the Consumer Mobile App via their BlueB0X mobile credential
Datawatch
Users can access their respective buildings and amenities through the Consumer Mobile App via the Datawatch integration mobile credential.
HID (BLE)
Users can access their respective buildings / amenities through the Consumer Mobile App via their HID mobile credential, tapped over Bluetooth (BLE).
HID (Wallet)
Tenant employees onboard their HID Origo credential directly into Apple and Google Wallet, enabling NFC mobile access to the property from their device.
Brivo (BLE)
Users access their buildings and amenities from the Consumer Mobile App using a Brivo mobile credential, presented to Brivo-managed readers over Bluetooth (BLE). The credential lives in the HqO app, so tenants unlock doors with their phone instead of a physical badge.
Nedap (Wallet)
Tenant employees onboard a Nedap-issued credential into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from the HqO app, then tap their phone to NFC-enabled readers for touchless access — no physical badge required.
Kastle
Users can access their respective buildings / amenities through the Consumer Mobile App via their Kastle mobile credential
OpenPath
Users can access their respective buildings / amenities through the HqO app via their Openpath mobile credential
Genea (NFC)
HqO customers can now take advantage of HqO’s native tenant badging feature, seamlessly integrated with Apple and Google Wallet, when Genea is used as the property’s access control system. Enable seamless integration with Genea access control systems. Provide in-app functionality for tenants to sign in and onboard their digital NFC badges to Apple and Google Wallet. Ensure tenant employees can easily manage their mobile access credentials.
Lenel NetBox (NFC)
HqO customers can now leverage HqO's native visitor management and NFC mobile access features with Lenel NetBox as their access control system. Tenant employees can seamlessly onboard to Apple and Google Wallet, while visitors gain property access via QR code.
SwiftConnect (NFC)
SwiftConnects software platform enables for both tenants and visitors seamless flexible access by automating the provisioning of access credentials across different buildings and office spaces. SwiftConnect was founded in 2020 and based in Stamford, Connecticut.

Access Control Systems

Lenel OnGuard
HqO mobile access supports buildings secured by Lenel OnGuard, the enterprise access control system from LenelS2. Tenants and employees receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners (e.g. HID, STid, SwiftConnect) — that opens OnGuard-managed doors with no change to existing reader infrastructure.
Lenel/S2 NetBox
HqO mobile access supports buildings on Lenel/S2 NetBox. Tenants receive a phone-based credential provisioned through HqO's credential partners, and HqO also offers native NFC mobile access (Apple & Google Wallet) and QR-code visitor badging with NetBox.
C•CURE 9000
HqO mobile access supports buildings secured by C•CURE 9000, the access control and event management system from Software House (Johnson Controls). Tenants receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners — that opens C•CURE-managed doors without changing existing readers.
Genetec
HqO mobile access supports buildings on Genetec Security Center (Synergis access control). Tenants and employees receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners (e.g. HID, STid, SwiftConnect) — that opens Genetec-managed doors with no reader changes.
AMAG
HqO mobile access supports buildings on AMAG Symmetry. Tenants and employees receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners (e.g. HID, STid, SwiftConnect) — that opens Symmetry-managed doors without upgrading existing readers.
Integriti
HqO mobile access supports buildings on Integriti, the access control and security system from Inner Range. Tenants and employees receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners (e.g. HID, STid, SwiftConnect) — that opens Integriti-managed doors with no reader changes.
Nedap AEOS
HqO mobile access supports buildings on Nedap AEOS. Tenants and employees receive a phone-based credential — provisioned through HqO's ACS-agnostic credential partners (e.g. HID, STid, SwiftConnect) — that opens AEOS-managed doors without changing existing reader infrastructure.
