Delivery & Implementation

Every HqO deployment is implemented by HqO. There are two delivery paths. This page describes the models; commercial terms are handled in the order form.

Standard Delivery

The standard implementation path covers configuration of the contracted modules, building and tenant setup, app branding, and launch. It applies to the great majority of deployments using generally available capabilities.

Enterprise Development

When a deployment requires work beyond the standard path — most commonly net-new integrations or bespoke configuration — it is delivered as a scoped Enterprise Development engagement. The scope is defined with the customer before work begins.

Digital Access & credentials

Modules that issue mobile credentials (see Digital Access) operate on a per-credentialed-user model. The mechanics of credentialing are part of the deployment plan.
